Biography
Cindy is a pastel and water color artist specializing in landscape and seascape settings. She is a member of the Rehoboth DE, Millsboro DE, Milton, DE, Ocean City MD Art Leagues and the Maryland and Piedmont Pastel Societies.

Cindy's love for pastels originates from her design background as it connects the lines between painting and drawing. She finds landscape and seascape scenery to be fascinating because you can sink yourself into a setting and re-create a moment-in-time that may never be seen again.
