Joan Dreicer Biography
Joan Dreicer is an award-winning artist, painting in pastels and oils.
She enjoys painting portraiture and still-lives,
but her first love is the landscape.
“Being outdoors in nature continues to inspire me.
The focus of my paintings is to attract viewers
to the magic of light, shadow and color as I see it.”
Joan has studied with many established, internationally known artists, including Alain Picard, Marla Baggetta and Tony Allain. She collects paintings from artists she admires
to study their techniques,
especially in creating depth and light in their work.
Joan has paintings in galleries and many private collections.
She participates in a variety of solo and group exhibitions.
